Ingredients

  • Fresh raspberries
  • 1 ounce Chambord liqueur
  • 4-5 ounces chilled champagne (or Prosecco)
  • Sanding sugar (optional for the rim)

Instructions

  1. If desired, create a sugar rim by dipping the rim of a champagne flute in water and then into sanding sugar.
  2. Place a few fresh raspberries in the glass.
  3. Pour 1 ounce of Chambord liqueur into the glass.
  4. Top the glass with 4-5 ounces of chilled champagne (or Prosecco).
  5. Serve and enjoy!
