Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz pineapple-infused vodka
  • 1.50 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1.50 oz pineapple juice
  • Brut champagne

Instructions

  1. Chill champagne or martini glasses in the freezer.
  2. In a martini shaker with plenty of ice, combine pineapple-infused vodka, pomegranate juice, and pineapple juice. Shake well.
  3. Place pomegranate seeds in the bottom of a martini or champagne glass. Pour the vodka mixture on top.
  4. Top off with champagne.
