Ingredients

  • 3 oz Pistachio liqueur
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1.50 oz White chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz Chopped white chocolate
  • 1 oz Chopped pistachios
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave.
  2. Finely chop the pistachios.
  3. Dip the rim of a martini glass in the melted chocolate, then dip it in the chopped pistachios. Set the glass aside.
  4. Fill a shaker with ice.
  5. Pour in the pistachio liqueur, white chocolate liqueur, and vodka. Shake well.
