Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Pisco
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • 1 tablespoon egg white (or egg white powder)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. In a blender, mix lime juice and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add Pisco, egg white, and crushed ice to the blender.
  3. Blend the mixture until it becomes frothy.
  4. Pour the mixture into a sour glass.
  5. Add a few drops of Angostura bitters.
