Ingredients

  • 1/2 packet Unflavored Gelatin (Knox, store brand)
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Edible Glitter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour the pink champagne into a saucepan.
  2. Add sugar and lemon juice, then stir to combine.
  3. Sprinkle the gelatin over the mixture and allow it to sit for 3-5 minutes until it puffs up.
  4. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir for 4 minutes until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture into jello molds or shot glasses; any foam will dissipate as it sets.
  6. Place the molds in the fridge for 1 hour to allow the jello to set.
