Ingredients

  • 2 oz pure pisco
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 6 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker or blender, combine the pisco, simple syrup, lime juice, and egg white in that order.
  2. Add ice cubes if desired.
  3. Shake in a cocktail shaker for 10 seconds, or blend for 5 seconds until frothy.
  4. Strain and divide the mixture into two glasses.
  5. Garnish the top of each glass with two drops of bitters.
