Ingredients
- 2 oz pure pisco
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz lime juice
- 1 egg white
- 6 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a shaker or blender, combine the pisco, simple syrup, lime juice, and egg white in that order.
- Add ice cubes if desired.
- Shake in a cocktail shaker for 10 seconds, or blend for 5 seconds until frothy.
- Strain and divide the mixture into two glasses.
- Garnish the top of each glass with two drops of bitters.
