Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz espresso
- 1 oz peppermint simple syrup
- Red and green sprinkles, for rimming the glass
- Espresso beans, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the sugar, water, and peppermint extract over low heat.
