Ingredients

  • 1 oz Wheatley Vodka
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz half and half
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Crushed candy canes (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place crushed candy canes on a small plate to create a thin layer.
  2. Wet the rim of a chilled martini glass and then place it upside down onto the plate to garnish the rim. Set aside.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  4. Add all ingredients except crushed candy canes.
  5. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds or until the outside of the shaker begins to frost.
  6. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass and serve immediately.
