Ingredients

  • 3 oz Mocha Kahlua
  • 1.50 oz Vodka
  • 3 oz milk or cream
  • A drop or two of peppermint extract
  • Ice
  • Red candy melts
  • Crushed candy cane

Instructions

  1. Melt the red candy melts in the microwave and pour the crushed candy cane onto a plate.
  2. Dip the martini glass into the candy melts, then into the candy cane, ensuring it's well coated, and let it sit upside down on parchment paper until the candy hardens.
  3. In a cocktail shaker or mixer, combine ice, Mocha Kahlua, vodka, cream, and a small amount of peppermint extract.
  4. Shake or mix the cocktail and pour it into the candy cane-rimmed martini glass. Serve immediately.
