Ingredients

  • 1 oz Batavia arrack
  • 3/4 oz oloroso sherry, preferably Lustau
  • 1/2 oz pear brandy, preferably Clear Creek Williams
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz orgeat
  • 1/4 oz cinnamon syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine the Batavia arrack, oloroso sherry, pear brandy, fresh lime juice, grapefruit juice, orgeat, and cinnamon syrup into a shaker over ice.
  2. Shake the ingredients vigorously.
  3. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
