- 1/2 oz pear brandy, preferably Clear Creek Williams
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz orgeat
- 1/4 oz cinnamon syrup
Instructions
- Combine the Batavia arrack, oloroso sherry, pear brandy, fresh lime juice, grapefruit juice, orgeat, and cinnamon syrup into a shaker over ice.
