Ingredients

  • 1 oz pear brandy
  • 0.38 oz pomegranate juice
  • 3 oz Prosecco (chilled)
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate arils
  • 2-3 thin slices of Anjou pear
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a glass pitcher, combine pear brandy and pomegranate juice, and stir gently.
  2. Pour in chilled Prosecco, pomegranate arils, and pear slices, and give it a gentle stir.
  3. Sprinkle a few pomegranate arils into the bottom of a champagne flute, add a few ice cubes, then pour in the Bellini.
  4. Garnish with a couple of slices of pear if desired.
