Ingredients
- 1 oz pear brandy
- 0.38 oz pomegranate juice
- 3 oz Prosecco (chilled)
- 1 tbsp pomegranate arils
- 2-3 thin slices of Anjou pear
- ice cubes
Instructions
- In a glass pitcher, combine pear brandy and pomegranate juice, and stir gently.
- Pour in chilled Prosecco, pomegranate arils, and pear slices, and give it a gentle stir.
- Sprinkle a few pomegranate arils into the bottom of a champagne flute, add a few ice cubes, then pour in the Bellini.
- Garnish with a couple of slices of pear if desired.
