Ingredients

  • 6 oz sweet white wine
  • 1 large fresh peach (pit removed, cut into chunks) OR 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 oz flavored vodka (peach or orange flavored)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the peach chunks, granulated sugar, sweet white wine, and flavored vodka.
  2. Blend until the mixture becomes a smooth puree.
  3. If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any peach skin pieces.
  4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe dish, preferably a 9x13 inch pan.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Once frozen, use an ice cream scoop to scrape the mixture into granules and fill a wine glass.
  7. Garnish with fresh peach slices or berries and serve.
