Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bourbon or Rye
  • 0.50 oz Giffard Creme de Peche
  • 0.25 oz Demerara Simple Syrup (or regular simple syrup)
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 2 dashes Orinoco Bitters (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a mixing glass with a handful of ice.
  2. Stir the mixture until well chilled, approximately 40 stirs.
  3. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass over a big cube of ice.
  4. Garnish the cocktail with an orange peel or a dehydrated peach, if desired.
