Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Skyy Vodka (or preferred)
  • 1.50 oz. Peach Liqueur
  • 1 cup Fresh peach slices; peeled
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Ice
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 3 tbsp. Cranberry Juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine peaches, vodka, peach liqueur, and ice; blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a martini glass.
  3. In the same blender, blend raspberries and cranberry juice until smooth.
  4. Strain the raspberry mixture through a sieve to remove seeds.
  5. Using a teaspoon, swirl around 2 tbsp. of the raspberry mixture into the peach mixture.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
