Ingredients
- 2 oz frozen peaches
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz chilled Prosecco or champagne
Instructions
- In a small pot, combine the frozen peaches, sugar, water, and fresh lemon juice.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Strain the syrup and store it in an airtight container for up to 30 days.
- Add the cooked peaches and 1/4 cup of peach syrup into a blender.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until it becomes a smooth puree.
- Pour the peach puree into a flute, filling it about a quarter of the way.
- Top it off with chilled Prosecco.
