Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 2 oz Moscato
  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup sliced peaches
  • 6 mint leaves
  • club soda
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a tall glass, place mint leaves and a few pieces of peach, reserving some slices. Muddle mint and peaches at the bottom of the glass with a splash of club soda.
  2. In a shaker, combine ice, rum, Moscato, and lime juice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  3. Pour the mixture into the glass.
  4. Stir to incorporate the mint, add extra ice, and top with desired amount of club soda.
  5. Garnish with peach slices and extra mint.
