Ingredients

  • 1/2 graham cracker (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka
  • 1/2 oz. Frangelico or hazelnut liquor
  • 1/3 cup peach juice or peach nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh peach slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pour a small amount of peach nectar onto a small plate.
  2. On a separate plate, mix together crushed graham cracker, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Dip the rim of a martini glass in the peach juice and then into the graham cracker mixture, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. In a martini shaker filled with ice, combine vanilla vodka, Frangelico, peach juice, and lemon juice. Shake well.
  5. Strain the mixture into the rimmed martini glass.
