Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Cherry 7 Up
  • 1/2 oz. Grenadine
  • 4 oz. 7 Up
  • 4 oz. Blue Gatorade or Powerade
  • Ice
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Instructions

  1. In a glass, pour the Cherry 7 Up to fill it a little bit of the way.
  2. Add Grenadine to the glass and stir it into the Cherry 7 Up.
  3. Fill the glass to the top with ice.
  4. Using a metal spoon, slowly pour the 7 Up over the back of the spoon onto the ice, filling the glass to be between 1/2 and 2/3 of the way full.
  5. Repeat the pouring method with the Blue Gatorade, filling the glass almost full.
  6. Top the drink with a cherry and add a fun straw, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
