Ingredients

  • 2 oz passion fruit vodka
  • 1 oz pineapple juice (or passion fruit juice)
  • 0.50 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 0.50 oz simple syrup
  • 2 fresh passion fruits, halved
  • 1 oz sparkling wine or Prosecco

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  2. Add the passion fruit vodka, pineapple or passion fruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Scoop the passion fruit seeds and juice out of each passion fruit using a spoon, then pour into the cocktail shaker.
  4. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to ensure the passion fruit seeds are distributed throughout the cocktail.
  5. Strain the cocktail into a martini glass.
  6. Top off the glass with the sparkling wine or Prosecco.
  7. Serve with a halved passion fruit atop the drink or add the seeds directly to the drink.
