Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Aperol
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Honey syrup (Equal parts honey and warm water mixed together.)
  • 1/2 oz Unsweetened passion fruit puree

Instructions

  1. Prepare the passion fruit puree by scooping out the insides and draining through a fine strainer.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a pre-chilled Nick & Nora glass.
  5. Omit the garnish and enjoy the cocktail.
