Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.50 oz Cocchi Americano
  • 0.25 oz grapefruit oleo saccharum
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Shake without ice for 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 20 seconds to chill and dilute the cocktail.
  4. Double strain the mixture into a Nick & Nora glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
