A refreshing and citrusy cocktail with gin, lemon, Cocchi Americano, and grapefruit oleo saccharum, finished with a smooth egg white foam and a hint of Angostura bitters.
Ingredients
- 1.50 oz gin
- 0.75 oz lemon juice
- 0.50 oz Cocchi Americano
- 0.25 oz grapefruit oleo saccharum
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake without ice for 20 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 20 seconds to chill and dilute the cocktail.
- Double strain the mixture into a Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel twist.
