Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz coconut rum
  • 6 oz root beer (all-natural, diet works great)
  • 1 oz half and half
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a 12-oz. glass 3/4 full with ice.
  2. Pour 1.5 oz. coconut rum over the ice.
  3. Fill the glass 3/4 full with root beer.
  4. Slowly pour 1 oz. half and half into the glass so it "floats" on top.
