  • 2 oz. white rum
  • 1 1/4 oz. canned pineapple juice
  • 4 oz. strawberry syrup
  • 2 oz. vanilla ice cream, melted in the fridge
  • 2 1/2 oz. Coco Lopez coconut cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups of ice
  • Garnish of your choice

Instructions

  1. Combine white rum, pineapple juice, strawberry syrup, melted vanilla ice cream, Coco Lopez coconut cream, a pinch of salt, and 1 to 1 1/2 cups of ice in a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture for about 30 seconds or until it becomes smooth.
