Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz makrut lime leaf, lemongrass, and shiso syrup
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz kefir whey
  • 3/4 oz Seedlip Spice 94
  • 1 egg white
  • Soda water, to top
  • Garnish: star anise pod

Instructions

  1. In a mixing tin, combine makrut lime leaf, lemongrass, and shiso syrup, lime juice, kefir whey, Seedlip Spice 94, and egg white.
  2. Shake the mixture without ice.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
  4. Fine strain the mixture into a fizz glass.
  5. Top with soda water.
  6. Garnish with a star anise pod.
