Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1.50 oz. Kahlua
  • 1.50 oz. vanilla-flavored vodka
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons M&M's
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Garnishments:
  • Chocolate syrup, whipped cream, M&M's, mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Swirl the inside of a large goblet or beer stein cocktail glass with chocolate syrup from the bottom to the top.
  2. In a blender, combine Baileys, Kahlua, vodka, vanilla ice cream, crushed ice, chocolate chips, M&M's, and peanut butter. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream, additional chocolate syrup, M&M's, and mini chocolate chips.
