Ingredients

  • 3 oz White Tea
  • 1 1/2 oz London Dry Gin
  • 1 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Homemade Honey Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Orange Flower Water

Instructions

  1. Place a white tea bag in a mug.
  2. Bring a small pot of water to a rolling boil.
  3. Pour 3 oz boiling water into the mug over the tea bag.
  4. Steep the tea for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Remove the tea bag.
  6. Add the London Dry Gin, elderflower liqueur, homemade honey syrup, and orange flower water to the mug.
  7. Stir the mixture for 5-10 seconds.
