Ingredients
- 2 slices cucumber (1/4-inch thick)
- 2 slices fresh ginger (1/4-inch thick)
- 6 mint leaves
- 2 oz Pimm's No. 1 liqueur
- 1 oz fresh Meyer lemon juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 oz dry ginger beer
- Garnishes: Cucumber spear or slice, mint sprig, rosemary sprig, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, citrus wheels, candied ginger
Instructions
