Ingredients

  • 2 oz silver tequila (Casamigos or Don Julio Blanco)
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 10 mint leaves
  • Topo Chico or sparkling mineral water for topping
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In an 8 oz glass or larger, muddle the mint leaves at the bottom.
  2. Add lime juice and tequila to the glass.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and top it off with Topo Chico or sparkling water.
  4. Stir the cocktail gently.
