Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz. frozen limeade concentrate
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1.50 oz. vodka
  • 8 oz. club soda, chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • Watermelon ice cubes (see Notes for how to make these)
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the limeade concentrate and the fresh mint leaves. Use a wooden spoon to lightly crush the mint leaves, releasing their flavors.
  2. Add the vodka and club soda to the pitcher, and stir well to mix.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and add a slice of lime and a watermelon ice cube.
