Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (approximately 1 cup)
  • 2 oz Crème de menthe
  • 1.50 oz Creme de cocoa
  • 0.50 oz whipped cream or vanilla vodka
  • 0.50 cup crushed ice
  • whipped cream
  • mint sprig
  • shaved chocolate

Instructions

  1. If desired, decorate the glass by dipping the rim into soft ice cream or melted chocolate and then into grated chocolate.
  2. In a blender, combine the ice cream, crushed ice, Crème de menthe, Crème de Cocoa, and vodka. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a glass and garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
