Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz creme de cacao
  • 8 oz vanilla ice cream
  • 1/8 cup milk (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine creme de menthe, creme de cacao, and vanilla ice cream.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Check the consistency and add milk if needed for desired thickness.
  4. Swirl chocolate syrup on the inside of a highball glass.
