Ingredients

  • 1 cup 2% or Whole Milk
  • 1.50 oz Baileys
  • 0.75 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Garnishments:
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • Whipped Cream
  • Andes Mint Chips

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk until it comes close to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in the cocoa powder, sugar, and salt until the lumps dissolve.
  3. Add the Baileys and Peppermint Schnapps, then remove from the heat.
