Ingredients

  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 to 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1 ounce bourbon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until thick and fluffy.
