Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon hot water (175degF)
  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Whisk matcha powder into 1 tablespoon of hot water at 175degF until smooth.
  2. Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, matcha, and egg white in a shaker.
  3. Dry shake vigorously for 1 minute (without ice) to create froth.
  4. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled.
  5. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass and shake out the frothy egg white.
