Maple Velvet Whisky Bliss

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons 18% cream
  • 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Canadian Whisky

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of cream with sweetened condensed milk, and whisk in vanilla extract and cocoa powder until fully combined.
  2. Mix in the Maple syrup and stir until melted and completely combined.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the remaining cream and whisky.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool for 5 minutes on the countertop, then whisk once more.
  5. Using a funnel, immediately pour the mixture into a bottle with a seal.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour before serving.
  7. Drink within 10 days of making and shake well before serving.
