Maple Velvet Whisky Bliss
Indulge in the smooth and deceptively strong Maple Velvet Whisky Bliss, a Canadian classic perfect for holiday parties or as a delightful hostess gift.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons 18% cream
- 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Canadian Whisky
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of cream with sweetened condensed milk, and whisk in vanilla extract and cocoa powder until fully combined.
- Mix in the Maple syrup and stir until melted and completely combined.
- Remove from heat and mix in the remaining cream and whisky.
- Allow the mixture to cool for 5 minutes on the countertop, then whisk once more.
- Using a funnel, immediately pour the mixture into a bottle with a seal.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour before serving.
- Drink within 10 days of making and shake well before serving.
