Ingredients
- 2 oz Basil Hayden's bourbon
- 1/2 oz green Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz agave syrup (mix of agave nectar and water)
- 1/4 oz egg white (about half an egg white)
- Garnish: mint sprig
- Garnish: lemon wheel
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry-shake vigorously (without ice).
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a double rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon wheel.
