Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 1.50 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Lime Sparkling Soda
  • 1 drop Green food coloring
  • Ice Cubes
  • Maraschino Cherries and mint leaves for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine Jameson Irish Whiskey, Peach Schnapps, pineapple juice, a drop of green food coloring, and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake the ingredients for about 25 seconds.
