Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 1/4 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1.50 cups water (room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar (or 1/4 cup agave syrup)
- ice cubes
- 1 lime or lemon (cut into slices)
- mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the room temperature water and squeeze the juice from the lime through a strainer into the pitcher.
- Add the brown sugar or agave syrup and stir until fully dissolved.
- Slowly sprinkle the chia seeds into the pitcher while vigorously whisking for 2 minutes to allow the seeds to soak well.
