Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz. Casa Dragones blanco tequila
  • 3/4 oz. Cointreau
  • 3/4 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Garnish: orange twist

Instructions

  1. Combine blanco tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice, and egg white in a shaker.
  2. Shake the mixture without ice for at least 15 seconds (dry shake).
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until well-chilled.
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Twist a swath of orange peel over the drink and discard.
