Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz. Casa Dragones blanco tequila
- 3/4 oz. Cointreau
- 3/4 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Garnish: orange twist
Instructions
- Combine blanco tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice, and egg white in a shaker.
- Shake the mixture without ice for at least 15 seconds (dry shake).
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until well-chilled.
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Twist a swath of orange peel over the drink and discard.
