Ingredients

  • 3 oz lavender-infused rum
  • 1/4 oz crème de cassis
  • 1/4 oz chardonnay and peach simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • Ice
  • Fresh and dried lavender for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a martini glass with ice to chill.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the lavender-infused rum, crème de cassis, chardonnay and peach simple syrup, and lime juice.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake thoroughly.
  4. Discard the ice from the martini glass and strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
