Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Laphroaig SELECT 10 year old
  • 2 tsp Fresh ginger juice
  • 1.25 oz Espresso
  • 0.50 oz Agave syrup (or honey syrup)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously for 8 seconds.
  4. Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupette glass.
