Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila (Reposado recommended, such as Espolon or Milagro)
- Juice of 1/2 lime (about 1 tbsp)
- Ice
- 3 oz lime-flavored seltzer or mineral water
- 1/4 tsp liquid stevia (optional)
- Splash of fresh 100% pure orange juice (optional)
- Lime wedge for garnish (optional)
- Sea salt for rim (optional)
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add tequila, lime juice, and stevia to the shaker. If using, add a splash of orange juice.
- Shake the ingredients vigorously.
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass, then roll the rim in sea salt if desired.
- Pour the margarita and ice into the prepared glass.
