Ingredients

  • 2 fl oz Bourbon
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 5 Drops Liquid stevia

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the bourbon, lemon juice, and liquid stevia into the shaker.
  3. Shake the ingredients until they are completely cold and frothy.
  4. Fill a short glass with more ice cubes.
  5. Strain and pour the drink into the glass.
  6. Serve with a wedge of orange.
  7. For a Boston whiskey sour, add all ingredients plus one egg white to a shaker without ice. Shake for approximately 30 seconds, then add ice to the shaker and shake again. Strain and pour over new ice in a short glass. Garnish with an orange slice.
  8. For a New York sour, follow Step 1. Optionally, add an egg white and do a dry shake. After pouring the drink in your glass, spoon 1-2 tablespoons of dry red wine over the top without stirring. Garnish with an orange slice or cherries.
