Ingredients

  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1/2 oz orgeat syrup
  • 1/2 oz gin
  • 1 oz brandy
  • 2 oz lightly aged rum
  • 1/2 oz fernet
  • Garnish: mint sprig, straw

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine the lemon juice, orange juice, orgeat syrup, gin, brandy, and rum.
  2. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  3. Float a layer of fernet on top.
