Ingredients

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1.50 fl oz gin (such as Citadelle)
  • 5 or 6 juniper berries
  • 6 fl oz tonic water
  • 1 twist of lime peel

Instructions

  1. In a glass, stir the ice cubes and drain any water that accumulates.
  2. Add the gin and juniper berries to the glass.
  3. Twist the lime peel over the glass to release the lime essence.
  4. Add the tonic water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with the twisted lime peel.
