Ingredients

  • 2 ounces cognac
  • 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Add cognac, dry vermouth, simple syrup, lemon juice, and egg white to an empty shaker (without ice).
  2. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for at least 10 seconds until the mixture becomes cloudy and foamy.
  3. Place 4-6 ice cubes in a coupe glass and shake for another 10 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into the coupe glass.
