Ingredients

  • 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 oz spiced rum
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 oz espresso (or double strength coffee)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Cinnamon (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream with 1-2 teaspoons of sugar until it thickens slightly.
  2. Warm a cup and add the Baileys, rum, and sugar.
  3. Pour in the hot coffee and stir well.
