Ingredients

  • 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 oz spiced rum
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 oz espresso (or double strength coffee)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Cinnamon for dusting on top

Instructions

  1. Whisk the heavy cream with a teaspoon or two of sugar until it thickens but does not hold peaks.
  2. Warm a cup and add the Baileys, rum, and sugar.
  3. Pour in the hot coffee and mix well.
  4. Carefully spoon two tablespoons of the sweetened cream over the top.
  5. Dust the cream with cinnamon.
