Ingredients
- 3/8 cup milk (2% or whole milk)
- 1/8 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 cup coffee
- 1 cup ice
- Optional toppings: whipped cream and chocolate syrup
Instructions
- In a jar with a lid, pour milk and shake vigorously for a minute until foamy.
- Remove the lid and microwave the jar for 15 seconds.
- Fill a small glass with ice, then pour in the coffee.
- Add the Baileys to the glass.
- Using a spoon, hold back the foam and pour a little milk into the glass.
- Take spoonfuls of the foam to add on top of the latte.
- Optionally, add whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top.
- Stir to combine and enjoy!
