Holiday Mint Sparkler
A delightful and bubbly cocktail that combines the flavors of cava, mint, triple sec, lime, and cranberry, perfect for celebrations and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 6 oz cava (chilled)
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 0.50 oz triple sec
- 0.50 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 0.50 oz cranberry juice
- additional mint, lime, or fresh cranberries for garnish
Instructions
- The night or morning before your party, mix together the triple sec, lime juice, and cranberry in a large container.
- Muddle the mint and add it to the mixture, allowing it to infuse overnight before removing the mint.
- In a punch bowl, pour the chilled cava first, then add about 3/4 of the mixer. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding the remaining mixer if desired.
- Serve the Holiday Mint Sparkler chilled. If serving individually, pour 1 oz of the mixer into a champagne flute and top up with cava. Enjoy!
